Hi!

I saw your works within the critiquable feature and thought I could write you something =)

First of all: I'm a huge fan of landscape shots like this. The overall flow, the atmosphere and the long exposure work perfect for the scenery! In addition the colors pop out very well and I like the soft light. The whole place looks so magical
Even though it's not the most original subject to photograph, I like this one really much, because you tried to catch as many different elements as possible (like the stones, the water flow, the leaves, etc).

Technically I think there are some weak points. First of all there is the bightness. I know it's difficult to shot in more or less dark forests. The contrasts are always very high and it's not easy to to find a balance between light and shadow. In your work you can see it on the white area in the middle and the stone in the background. The light is so bright there that it frazzles on the edges. In addition the black shadows under the stones on the right and left is not black/ not dark enough. So I would suggest you to be a bit more careful next time and shoot more balanced. You always have the possibility to retouch later and make it darker/lighter in a post process. But when it's already too light or too dark there is nothing you can do later with your retouch software.
Overall I think it would be nice to see you playing around with the light. Maybe a darker picture with even more magical light would look nice too. But for experiments like these the initial picture has to be technically better I guess...

A second thing is the crop. I like how you composed the elements in general. The flow is from bottom left to top right, that's perfect in my eyes! But the dimensions of the crop are not perfect. It's nearly as high as wide, but not 100%. So I would suggest either a square crop or a normal panorama size (means more wide than high). This is more comfortable to view I guess. - Even though this shall not be my main point of critique haha ^^ It's not that bad, it's just something I noticed.
Your second work ([link]) is a nice example for a better crop in my eyes!

Even though I said a lot negative points, I really like this shot! There is a kind of special magic around and I love the overall feeling. General I think it's more important to have the eye than the perfect technique. So don't get me wrong, when I say something about these things ^^
You captured the mood so nicely that I really wish I could be there *sighs* Sooo.. Keep your good work on!
