How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

I still have so much work and I'm not much around lately... Sorry for this!
BUT: Of course I heard about the new feature/update/whatever you wanna call it - Changing usernames is now possible.
I am not sure whether I like this new thing or not... On one hand it's nice for those who are here for ages and want to get rid of their "childish" usernames and change them to something more professional sounding... On the other hand it is a little bit sad, because I know so many of you for ages now... With your old usernames... It's all about history in a way haha ^^ I can't explain it better, but you know what I mean...
And that's why I am not sure, whether I should think of changing my name or not. I am here for many years and I always kinda liked it. Of course when I joined dA I chose it, because it sounded so dark romantic or whatever and I was totally in this subject then... My art and point of view changed throughout the years... But is this reason enough to change my name? I am really really not sure... What do you think? I made a poll about it HERE.

I have a lot of personal things going on lately and I don't think it will change much the next time... So please excuse my lack of activity... I don't have any new works to post... Maybe I edit some older photos, but I won't promise anything..
In addition I am thinking of opening a special group... Not just a "I submit so everyone can see my works"-random kind of group, but something a little different... The problem is: I am not sure whether I have the time for it -.-"" So I will think about it and think of a concrete concept and the persons, that could and would help me and then I'll tell you more ^^

Für mich kommt diese ganze Änderungsgeschichte nen Ticken zu spät. Ich hatte mir ne URL zugelegt um dort dann meine Homepage einzurichten... es war ein anderer Name als Felidae... ich hab dann versucht in nem Logo, dass ich auf alle Bilder hauen wollte, auch hier auf dA, diese Name zusammen zu bringen und es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hab mir jetzt eine neue URL "gekauft", eine die keinen Namen enthält sodass es eigentlich funktionieren sollte... plöd nur, dass ich jetzt auch schon ne Facebook Anmeldung mit dem eigentlichen Namen gemacht hatte und ich eigentlich schon ziehmlich drauf eingeschossen war.. tjoa... 2 Monate früher und ich hätte meinen Namen wahrscheinlich geändert - jetzt bleibt er erstmal.. wobei ich gern von der Zahl dahinter weg kommen würde, aber dafür gibts einfach zu viele mit dem Nick *denk
Also Fazit - wenn dir danach is mach is, wenn nicht lass es *gg

Hemmm, ja ich verstehe, was du meinst ^^
Irgendwie wird der Name ja mit der Zeit auch zum eigenen Markenzeichen. Gerade hier kennen einen so alle. Und auch wenn man weiterverlinkt wird, irgendwie ist es nicht dasselbe.. Ich erkenne die Leute zwar eher am Avatar auseinander, aber darauf ist ja auch kein Verlass ^^ Und jetzt im Moment grübel ich dauernd, wer der und der nochmal war etc.. Ist einfach nervig...
Oder auch im Web, wie du sagtest... Viele haben auf Facebook oder bei ihren Blogdomains den gleichen oder einen ähnlichen Namen. Finde das alles sehr verwirrend.
Eigentlich fand ich das gut, dass es bei dA so einen Schnickschnack wie Namensänderungen nicht gab... Jetzt darf wild durcheinander geändert werden mhmm... Not sure...

Davon abgesehen: Ich mag deinen Namen sehr ^^ Das mit der Zahl kann ich zwar nachvollziehen, aber das ist ja immer so wenn viele angemeldet sind... Dann ist eben die Chance sehr gering, dass man drumherum kommt
